Strandis Smokehouse Village
These terms apply to online accommodation bookings for Lakeside Villa and caravan, tent, or camping spots. Restaurant table requests and event offers may use a separate confirmation flow.

A booking is confirmed only when the active payment provider has confirmed payment, or when Strandis has explicitly confirmed a manual or test booking.
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Add-ons or services agreed separately may be charged separately.
Lakeside Villa bookings follow the selected product and available unit type. Caravan, tent, and camping bookings reserve a valid place category; the exact spot is assigned by Strandis on arrival.
The guest is responsible for entering correct dates, guest quantities, contact details, and any relevant arrival notes before confirming the booking.
For accommodation stays, the passenger-card section is required before confirmation. It includes the names and dates of birth of all travellers, lead traveller address and citizenship, country of arrival and travel document number where required, accommodation form, purpose of stay, and a typed confirmation signature.
The information is used to manage the stay, statutory accommodation records, customer communication, and payment/receipt handling.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. 7-14 days before arrival: 25% charge. Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% charge. Less than 24 hours before arrival or no-show: 100% charge.
